Shipping Policy
Where we ship from
All orders are packed and dispatched by Growell Global Sdn Bhd from Ampang, Selangor, Malaysia. We ship to most countries worldwide.
Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment, excluding weekends and Malaysian public holidays.
Delivery times and costs
Once dispatched, tracked standard delivery usually takes:
- United States: 10–15 days, USD 12.95
- United Kingdom: 10–15 days, USD 12.95
- European Union: 11–16 days, USD 14.95
- Australia: 9–14 days, USD 10.95
- Malaysia & Singapore: 3–6 days, USD 4.95
- Rest of world: 12–18 days, USD 16.95
Standard shipping is free on orders over USD 80. The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times are estimates from the courier, not guarantees. Customs checks and peak periods can add time.
Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside Malaysia may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These are set by your country’s customs authority, not by us, and are payable by you on delivery.
Whether duties apply depends on your country and the value of your order. If you are unsure, check with your local customs authority before ordering.
Late or missing parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived 7 days after the end of its estimated delivery window, email support@growellglobe.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the courier.
Address errors
Please check your shipping address carefully. If you spot a mistake, email support@growellglobe.com straight away — we can correct it only before the order is dispatched.
